You agree to provide accurate information when booking an appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations made within this period or no-shows will incur the full-service fee for 1:1 clients. Cancellation policy details for public speaking, consulting and training are outlined to each client at time of engagement.
4. Payment
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, and credit card online and bank transfers. Prices for services are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
